Cooling water suction hose is a kinds of hose designed for conveying hot air, exhaust gas, or fluids like water mixed with anit-freeze liquids, with good oil resistance. Suitable to be used in cooling systems of cars and industrial vehicle engines, where high temperature resistance is required.

 

Tube: red, smooth, silicone.

Reinforcement:  synthetic cord and helix wire.

Cover: red, shiny, silicone.


Temperature: -50°C (-58°F) +200°C (+392°F), for few minutes peaks up to +220°C (+428°F).

Cooling water suction hose is used for discharge of cooling water in steel mills, foundries, and in all cases where a rubber hose is working close to sources of heat. Resistant against splashes of white hot metal. 

 

Tube: black, smooth, EPDM rubber.

Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord and helix wire.

Cover: covered with fibre glass, vulcanized, heat resistant.
The fibre glass cover resists radiant heat up to +530°C (+986°F).

 

Temperature: from -40°C (-40°F) to +120°C (+248°F).
